Class Registration



 

The Matrix is very excited to offer our new Class Registration/Account Management program, called iClass Pro.  This program will be a very valuable tool for our Matrix families and our tumbling and other class clients. 

Parents will be able to sign-up for tumbling classes, clinics and camps and other special events and reserve your spot in any particular class.  Parents will also be able to register their athlete for The Matrix on the Parent Portal page, as well as enter emergency contact information and parent and athlete contact information.

Our Matrix Team families will also be able to view their account/fee information for the previous 30 days.  This information includes balance due information, invoices and payments received, also current team/class enrollment.  If you are interested in using this service, and your child is currently on a Matrix team, you will need to send an email to kimf294@yahoo.com and include your minimum 6 digit password and the email address you would like connected to your account.  I will update your account and send you an email with your logon information.  Then you will able to access your account.  If you are not on a Matrix team at this time, you can create your own account

Parents, once you access your account, please verify all contact information and make any necessary changes.  Also, please be sure to include emergency contact information.

8/10/10:  iClass Pro is in the process of upgrading to Version 2 of their program.  There are going to be a number of improvements to the software.  We have requested the upgrade and will keep you informed of the progress.

Special Notes:

If you wish to make credit or debit card payments to your Matrix account, you still have to go through Paypal.  We do not have a merchant account set-up with iClass Pro at this time.  Here is the link to our Paypal page....www.thematrixallstars.com/index.php.

Parents may also make credit card payments at the gym, or you may download the Credit Card Autorization form, which is located on the "Forms" page of our website and either drop it in the payment box, fax to the gym, or email to kimf294@yahoo.com.

Also, do NOT use the calendar on the Class Registration/iClass Pro page.  The calendar on the Matrix website has all of the class dates, and the dates that we will NOT have classes or practice.
